Key Positions and Responsibilities

1. General Body
The General Body is the highest governing body of the organization. It provides overall direction and ensures that the organization operates in accordance with its objectives, policies, and governing principles.

2. Executive Committee
The Executive Committee provides strategic guidance, approves major policies and plans, and oversees the overall activities and management of the organization.

3. Executive Director
The Executive Director is responsible for the overall management and administration of Gono Unnayan Prochesta. The Executive Director coordinates organizational activities, program implementation, financial management, human resources, and external relations.

4. Program/Project Department
This department is responsible for designing, planning, implementing, and coordinating development programs and projects. It works closely with communities and other stakeholders to achieve project objectives.

5. Finance & Administration Department

8. Community/Field Workers
Community-level staff directly engage with beneficiaries and local communities. They facilitate awareness activities, community mobilization, service delivery, and implementation of field-level interventions.
